What we collect and why

AiVirals collects the account email you use to sign in, your subscription status, and basic usage information needed to operate the product, secure accounts, and improve the service.

If you subscribe to our email list — through a signup form or by checking the updates box when creating an account — we use that email to send viral video breakdowns, product updates, and occasional marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime or email support to be removed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AiVirals does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Using the service

You are responsible for your account and for using AiVirals lawfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, or use paid content in ways that violate applicable rights or laws.

AiVirals may update features, pricing, or access rules over time to operate and improve the product.

Subscription policy

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support.

Canceling stops future renewals, and your paid access remains active through the end of the current billing period. AiVirals does not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods or unused time unless required by law.
